10-minute add-on or a 30-minute session
Cupping & gua sha
Glass or silicone cups that lift tight muscles and fascia, and gua sha scraping for stubborn tension. Marks fade in three to seven days.

Electro-acupuncture
A gentle pulsing current connected to a few needles, used for stubborn muscles and nerve-related pain. You control the intensity.

15-minute consult within a visit
Chinese herbal medicine
Custom herbal formulas in granules or capsules, prescribed by Mei after checking your medications for interactions.

Digestion, sleep, menstrual and seasonal complaints, always alongside your doctor’s care.

45-60 minutes
Fertility & pregnancy care
Pregnancy-safe points, side-lying positions with bolsters and timing that fits IVF or IUI cycles, with Anjali Rao, LAc.
Who it’s for
People trying to conceive, pregnant patients with nausea or back pain, and new parents in recovery.

45 minutes, $40
Community acupuncture
Treatment in recliners in a shared, quiet room on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Same needles, lower price, no talking required.
Who it’s for
Regular maintenance, stress and anyone paying out of pocket.
